1. Acceptance
By accessing or using TwinPare services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Services covered
These terms apply to TwinPare.com, TwinPare Health & Fitness, TwinPare Connect, waitlists, beta programs, community features, challenges, communications and future TwinPare apps.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use online services in your jurisdiction. Some features may require you to be at least 18 years old, including dating, connection or other adult-oriented features.
Feature-specific access
We may limit, gate or verify access to beta programs, Connect features, challenges or future apps where required for safety, legal compliance or product readiness.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting your login credentials. Accounts may use Firebase Authentication and related security systems. You must not create accounts using false, misleading or unauthorized information.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate or deceive others.
- Do not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, abusive or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not interfere with security, scrape the service, reverse engineer restricted systems or overload infrastructure.
- Do not use TwinPare to distribute spam, malware, scams or misleading health claims.
6. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant TwinTech AB the rights needed to host, store, display, process and moderate that content for operating TwinPare. You are responsible for having rights to the content you submit.
7. Community and safety
Community, conversation, Connect and dating-related features must be used respectfully and lawfully. We may review reports, restrict content, suspend accounts or remove users to protect safety and enforce our Community Guidelines.
8. Health disclaimer
TwinPare is not medical advice, not diagnosis and not a medical device. TwinPare Health & Fitness and related content are for general wellness, information and personal tracking only. Always consult qualified health professionals for medical questions, diagnosis, treatment, pregnancy concerns, symptoms or emergency situations.
9. Challenges and physical activity
Challenges, workouts and activity features are optional and may involve physical risk. You are responsible for choosing activities appropriate for your condition, environment and ability. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unsafe symptoms and seek professional help when needed.
10. Beta features
Beta programs and future features may be incomplete, limited, changed, paused or discontinued. Beta access does not guarantee future availability, eligibility, data preservation or commercial release.
11. Intellectual property
TwinPare, TwinTech AB, logos, design, software, text, graphics and service structure are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reuse or modify TwinPare materials except as permitted by law or written permission.
12. Third-party services
TwinPare may integrate with third-party services including Apple Health / HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Firebase, Google Cloud, analytics, email and hosting providers. Their own terms and policies may also apply.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, infringe rights, abuse the service or where required by law. You may stop using TwinPare and request account deletion at any time.
14. Disclaimers
TwinPare services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific outcomes, matches, fitness results, community participation or future feature launches.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwinTech AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill or opportunities arising from use of TwinPare services.
16. Governing law: Sweden
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country may still apply where required by law.
