How to delete your account in the app
In TwinPare apps where account deletion is available, use this flow:
- Open Profile settings.
- Select Delete my account.
- Review the confirmation dialog.
- Type βRADERAβ to confirm deletion.
Before you confirm
Request a data export first if you want a copy of your account information, because deletion is intended to be permanent.
What deletion removes
Account deletion is designed to remove your TwinPare account and related app data, including:
- Firebase Auth account.
- Firestore profile and app data.
- Firebase Storage files and uploads linked to your account.
- Conversations and messages linked to your account, where technically and legally possible.
- Your TwinPare app profile and related account settings.
Deletion is permanent
Deletion is permanent and cannot normally be reversed. You may lose access to your profile, app history, conversations, beta status, waitlist-linked app records and future account recovery.
Limited records we may retain
Some limited records may be retained where legally required or necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, audit logs, backups or enforcement of our terms. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.
Request a data export before deletion
If you want a copy of your data before deleting your account, email privacy@twinpare.com. We may need to verify your identity before exporting data.
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot access your account or the deletion control is unavailable, contact privacy@twinpare.com from the email address connected to your TwinPare account.
