Treat other people with dignity. TwinPare is for real people with different backgrounds, identities, family situations, twin experiences, health goals and boundaries.
No harassment
Do not bully, threaten, stalk, shame, intimidate, repeatedly contact someone who does not want contact, or encourage others to target a person.
No hate speech
Do not attack people or groups based on protected characteristics such as race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or medical condition.
No spam
Do not use TwinPare for mass messaging, scams, misleading promotions, fake engagement, malware, phishing, unauthorized advertising or repetitive irrelevant content.
No impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person, TwinPare representative, public figure, medical professional or organization. Do not create misleading profiles or fake affiliations.
No illegal content
Do not post, request, facilitate or promote illegal activity, illegal goods, non-consensual content, threats, fraud, exploitation or content that violates othersβ rights.
No sexual exploitation
Sexual exploitation, coercion, non-consensual sexual content, sextortion, grooming and any sexual content involving minors are prohibited. We may report serious abuse to appropriate authorities.
No medical misinformation
Do not present personal opinions as medical fact, sell cures, discourage urgent care, or share dangerous health, pregnancy, infant or fitness claims. TwinPare is not medical advice, not diagnosis and not a medical device.
Dating and Connect safety
- Respect consent and boundaries at all times.
- Do not pressure people for personal details, photos, money or meetings.
- Use caution before meeting anyone in person and choose public places.
- Report suspicious, coercive, abusive or unsafe behavior.
Reporting abuse
If you see abuse, harmful content or unsafe behavior, use in-app reporting where available or contact legal@twinpare.com. For privacy-related requests, contact privacy@twinpare.com.
Immediate danger
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. TwinPare reporting is not an emergency response service.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit distribution, warn users, restrict features, suspend accounts, delete accounts or escalate serious safety issues. Enforcement decisions may consider context, severity, legal obligations and risk to users.
